online programming is the same as SCN codding? For mercedes cars.

Ok now i lost my patience.
Im asking 100 times for help with software.
Driver for smart box not working as it should. No connection with xentry.
Nobody want answer my question.
When they trying to sell product they are happy to help but after no response at all.

To do module programming by myself. I bought this top launch scanner last month . But I didn’t know how to get the software needed for programming. So I turned to customer service for help. The customer service responded quickly and told me downloads the oem software from the vehicle manufacturers sites first how to connect the j2534 pass thru device smart box 3.0 with pc and car and some tips about programming like what version of window finally I successfully solve the software issues on a GM2015.

Hi, thank you for the question. Below are the differences between the X431 PRO5 and X431 V+.
1. The X431 PRO5 can perform J2534 programming and X431 V+ currently can not do it.
2. The X431 PRO5 can perform more reset functions than X431 V+.
3. The X431 PRO5 is equipped with an advanced Smartbox that the X431 V+ does not have.

Does the car show any fault codes? Our engineers say no need for programming. In principle, our X431 PRO5 can support this situation.
