I fix cars for a living and wanted something to keep in my car all the time. This thing for pretty good for checking codes and is bi directional. So far I have used it on a Volvo C30 for evap system testing and a Chevy Silverado to rear an airbag code. I do know after the first year you will need to purchase a yearly subscription so be aware of that. Only issue I had was getting the free first year downloads to work. I had to log out of the app and log back in for it to start all the manufacture downloads

This device is very helpful when you want to gain insights in you vehicle's data or if you want to reset warning lights. I managed to clear the airbag warning light of my 20-year old Volvo V40. I also noticed that my camshaft sensor is faulty. I would not have discovered this without this device!

Great product, Great Price

I've owned a few Bluetooth OBD2 scanners and I got to say that this is by far the best. I'm in the automotive industry and wanted this scanner for bi-directional purposes. ThinkDiag did good!!

Easy to use. App gives you all the info you need. Clear explanation of diagnostic codes. Reports and history great to have. Help me tell dealer what the problem was that they couldn't find

it worked perfectly.Was it a perfect situation. And because they did really try to fix the issue as quick as possible, I will be renewing my license to use the scanner next year.

It's low cost enough that I feel its a must for a technician, especially someone starting out and doesn't have the money to purchase a full fledged tablet device.

I work in a professional shop where the other mechanics here use Autel and Snap-On scanners.
After purchasing and updating the software I really enjoyed being able to address vehicles with bi-directional capability. They were quick to help me with my situation and within a few troubleshooting steps they were able to get the firmware updated on my device and now I am back in business. I love this product, but appreciate the help and support even more than that!

Really like the functionality of this scanner. I’m ordering an OBD extension to overcome this obstacle, but that kinda defeats the purpose of this Bluetooth scanner for me (having an easily portable scanner to keep in my pocket that doesn’t take up as much room as a conventional one). Beyond that though, it’s awesome!

This product worked exceptionally well, especially for the price. I had to replace the MICU in my car so the new unit wouldn’t recognize my old car keys and engaged the immobilizer. The car would start, but would immediately turn off due to the safety feature. I had a locksmith come out to try to reset the keys/immobilizer and he wasn’t able to do it. I thought I was going to have to tow my car to a mechanic to reset everything, but I tried this first and it worked!!!! Saved me so much money!! I was honestly surprised. It was really easy to use and only took about 10 mins to reset my key fob. Definitely has lots of other functions too that could be helpful in the future. I highly recommend this tool!!

Excellent support from launchx431 After-Service. Scanner worked as described for measuring clutch wear and scan codes on Ferrari. Simple to use on iPhone or iPad. Very happy with purchase! A must for these type cars for troubleshooting using live stream data is functions. Bleed F1 actuator is supported.

It’s a light and easy carry as it's just a dongle, Download the app on your phone that’s pretty much available at all times and boom you're in business. I use it every day and I couldn’t be more satisfied with its capabilities. Would Recommend!

A great tool but it did not work for programming my Volvo key. All the other functions and ease of use was great though.

Works as expected, has most functions that the big scanners do at a faction of the cost, and without the bulkiness. You can download an app on your phone to make it work. Will need an account. I had a small issue with mine but contacted support in the app and it was fixed within 24hrs. TOP notch. Not the same as the big big scanners but still amazing for the average person! Great handy small tool!

Excellent equipment, I have much more expensive equipment than this and they do not have functions like that, I highly recommend it, they will not regret the purchase, I assure you

Already 4 days using it and without any problem. Technically it does many functions that a high-end scanner would do.

Order this scanner as I thought why not. Might save myself a fortune compared to lauch. However I've only received obd extension which was 2nd item in my bag/purchase...so so far not recommended... better look for local suppliers
